Illinois Military Maintenance LLC is a veteran owned, commercial maintenance and janitorial service company based in LaSalle County, Chicago and Suburb areas.

Illinois Military Maintenance LLC is a professional maintenance company that focuses on employing US Veterans. Every US Veteran is drilled in keeping everything spotlessly clean throughout their careers in US Armed Forces. It is referred to as being “Inspection Ready.” Now, they are providing this expertise to the Contractors, Facility Managers, Commercial and Residential Property Managers, and home owners that require and expect superior services.

We are part of the US Military Maintenance Network of commercial janitorial companies, a nationwide initiative to employ US veterans and their families in the commercial maintenance industry. We are looking for Companies that want to participate in this program so that we can hire and train local work ready US veterans to maintain the professional image that your company deserves.

Our GOAL is to offer the best possible cleaning services and honor our veterans at the same time by providing them gainful employments in line with military discipline; as you know, all US veterans are taught from the first day of boot camp to keep everything military clean. White glove inspections were the order of the day. Let’s put a dent in our local veteran unemployment problem together. Help us to give a job to US veterans who have served honorably and are now work ready.

Illinois Military Maintenance LLC is associated with PatrioticHearts.org, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to the cause of ending veteran unemployment.

  • Commercial - Small single offices to entire business parks, small private schools to large universities, warehouses, retail centers, restaurants/bars, etc.
  • Real Estate - Rentals, Rehabs (Fix-and-Flips), Open Houses, and Foreclosures; we will get it all clean and ready to sell.
  • Industrial - We can handle your interior and exterior cleaning; factory cleanup, warehouse maintenance, etc.
  • Other Services: replace bulbs and ballasts, replace electrical outlets, replace faulty breakers & fuses, unclog sink drains, replace or repair faucets, repair drywall damage and much more....

Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
